Equipment description
The Godox Knowled MG6K provides a brightness level of 42,600 lux from 5 meters (at 5600 K with the canopy on), which allows it to compete with film HMI 6 kW lamps. The MG6K features a high weatherproof rating of IP54, so it will be ideal for large film sets, outdoors and adverse conditions.
The new model is part of the Bi-Color lamp series, offering infinitely adjustable color temperature over a wide range from 2,800 K to 10,000 K. The user can adjust the color of the light, and additionally correct the hue in the green-magenta axis. Such a wide range of color control options makes it easy to match the lighting to existing daylight, stage lighting or other sources on set, without the need for additional color filters.
