IronGlass Soviet Lenses

Equipment description

A set of already iconic lenses, some of the most popular among filmmakers, mainly because of their price and adaptability to different mounts.

Now in a rehoused IronGlass Mk2 version. Adapted for tough on-set work, it features PL slots, a consistent front and a compact body.

The character, despite the dark aperture, is very clear. Beautiful flare and interesting bokeh.

A gem among the lenses is the Helios40-2 85mm T1.6, which is used frequently by Greg Fraiser on high-budget productions like Dune 2 and Batman (2022).
