Lomo 70 Series T3.2

product image

These incredibly rare lenses are currently the only set that has been rehoused.

Originally used in the 1960s and 1970s for the biggest cinematic productions in the USSR, the 70mm format allowed for an aspect ratio of 2.2—similar to Cinemascope, but without the pronounced distortions. The film War and Peace (1965), directed by Sergey Bondarchuk and shot using these lenses, won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1969.

The full set that was released, ranging from 28mm to 300mm, is available in our offer.

Thanks to their vintage character, they can easily be used on full-frame cameras as well.
